Shipping policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all countries within the European Union only. No deliveries are made outside this area.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed, prepared, and handed over to the carrier within an average time of 2 to 3 business days after payment validation. This period corresponds to the production, logistics processing, and order preparation stage.
3. Delivery Time
After order preparation, the estimated delivery time is between 6 and 10 business days, depending on the destination within the European Union.
The overall estimated delivery time is therefore between 8 and 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
These delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier congestion, peak activity periods, strikes, or force majeure.
No refund may be claimed for delivery delays as long as the maximum legal delivery timeframe established by applicable law has not been exceeded.
4. Origin of Shipments
Generally our products are shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Our hoodies, phone cases and bags may be shipped from Lithuania.
5. Carriers
International transport is generally handled by our logistics partner YunExpress. Shipments sent from Lithuania are handled by the Latvian Postal Services.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays exclusively attributable to the carriers.
6. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Standard shipping to all European countries is a flat rate of €7.50.
7. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided to the customer as soon as the order is shipped. The customer may track the shipment through the link provided.
The customer is encouraged to monitor shipment progress regularly. In case of anomaly, the customer must contact customer support as soon as possible.
8. Customs Duties and Taxes
Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are borne by the Seller where permitted by applicable regulations. No additional charges shall be requested from the customer within the limits of applicable legal provisions.
In the event of unforeseeable regulatory changes imposed by customs authorities, the customer shall be informed without delay.
9. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at checkout.
In the event of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, any reshipment costs may be entirely borne by the customer.
No refund may be claimed for non-delivery resulting from an error attributable to the customer.
10. Partial Deliveries
In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost to the customer. The customer will be informed where applicable.
11. Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If the package is delivered damaged, the customer must note precise reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact customer service within 48 hours, attaching photographic evidence.
Failing this, no claim may be taken into account.
12. Lost Package During Shipment
In the event of a parcel being lost by the carrier, an official investigation will be opened.
No refund or reshipment shall be processed until the loss has been officially confirmed by the carrier.
After official confirmation of loss, a replacement product will be offered as a priority. If the product is unavailable, a full refund shall be issued.
The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged while the carrier’s investigation is pending.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party may be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to a force majeure event as defined by applicable French case law.
14. Type of Products
The store exclusively offers physical products.
